Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plan2Skill (“the service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

Plan2Skill is an AI-powered educational technology platform that generates personalized learning roadmaps, quests, exercises, and feedback using large language models. The service includes gamification features (such as XP, streaks, characters, equipment, and crystals) designed to increase engagement and learning outcomes.

The service is currently in alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You use the service at your own risk.

To use most features of Plan2Skill, you must create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to belong to users under 13 or that were created with false information.

Content is generated using AI and may contain errors. Always verify critical information.

Plan2Skill uses third-party large language models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI, Mistral) to generate the majority of its educational content, including quests, exercises, explanations, and feedback. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
• You must not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other critical decisions without independent verification from a qualified professional.
• You are responsible for critically evaluating the content you receive.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the service. You will not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other person.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the service by automated means without our explicit permission.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights, prompts, or proprietary logic.
• Use the service to generate content that violates the acceptable use policies of our LLM providers.

• Platform content: The service itself, including its code, design, trademarks, and curated content, is owned by Plan2Skill or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your progress data: You retain ownership of your personal learning data (goals, progress, responses you author). You grant us a limited license to process this data as necessary to operate the service.
• AI-generated content: Content generated by the platform’s AI in response to your use of the service is provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. The underlying models, prompts, and pipelines remain the property of Plan2Skill and its LLM providers.

The service is currently offered free of charge during the alpha period. Paid subscriptions are not yet implemented. When we introduce paid plans, we will update these Terms and provide advance notice before any charges apply. You will always have the opportunity to review and accept subscription terms before being billed.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed or anonymized within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ends immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan2Skill and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Because the service relies on AI-generated content, we do not warrant that the content will be accurate, reliable, or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the product or by email. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
